Totally made a tutu. It’s quite amazing, really. It only cost about $10 to make, and it’s pretty durable. It looks store-bought, too. :D I’m going back to the fabric store and I’m gonna make 3 more. A black/silver one for myself, and a black/red one and a blue one to sell. ;D
